Declaration of Data Subject Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)

Brunchtime Global Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) places the highest importance on the protection of Personal Data and is committed to complying with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (the “PDPA”). To ensure Your rights as a Data Subject, the Company hereby declares the rights that You may exercise in relation to Your Personal Data held by Us:

1. Right to be Informed You have the right to be informed about the collection, use, and disclosure of Your Personal Data, all of which the Company has transparently detailed in its Privacy Policy.

2. Right to Access You have the right to access and request a copy of Your Personal Data that is under the Company's responsibility and to request the disclosure of the acquisition of such Personal Data obtained without Your consent.

3. Right to Data Portability You have the right to receive Your Personal Data in a commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request the transmission or transfer of said data to another Data Controller (subject to legal and technical conditions).

4. Right to Object You have the right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of Your Personal Data in cases where it is processed based on Legitimate Interest or for direct marketing purposes.

5. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) You have the right to request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of Your Personal Data if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or when You have exercised Your right to withdraw consent or object, unless the Company has a legal obligation or a legitimate ground to retain such data.

6. Right to Restrict Processing You have the right to request the temporary suspension of the use of Your Personal Data in cases where the data is pending verification of its accuracy, is subject to deletion but You request restriction instead, or is no longer needed but You require its retention for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

7. Right to Rectification You have the right to request that the Company rectifies Your Personal Data to ensure it is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

8. Right to Withdraw Consent In cases where You have given Your consent for the processing of Your Personal Data, You have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out based on Your consent before its withdrawal.

How to Exercise Your Rights Should You wish to exercise any of the rights listed above, or if You have any inquiries regarding the processing of Your Personal Data, please contact the "Data Controller" using the details provided in the "Contact Information" section of our Privacy Policy. The Company will review Your request and inform You of the outcome within the period prescribed by law.
